Maybe The Most Important Thing I've Ever Written.

So guys, here we are. The Street League Finals just went down in Portland, Oregon. And, yet again, I'm sure the few real skateboarders out there are feeling the sting of Paul Rodriguez "The Sellout," becoming the public face of skating. This is what people are starting to see. Skateboarding has become Lil Wayne, P-Rod, Rob Dyrdek, and a whole bunch of craps scared of the asphalt. Legends? Maybe by publicity. But if you ride for Mountain Dew, you're long gone in my eyes. Where are we!? Where are the raw, street shredders keeping an iron grip on our boards, heel bruises, and love for originality!? They've cast us aside. People see someone wearing a Diamond Supply Co. shirt and they think skateboarding. They see us in our Powell-Peralta, Antihero, Real, and Creature gear and think outcast. Well we are the outcasts. And I'm proud. But I want to save my passion. I want to SAVE what I get up every morning inspired by. What I LIVE for. And that is skateboarding. I want it back. I want to rip it from the clean, well-dressed, pretty boys' hands and skate away down the street with it, where they'd never dream of going. Because it's mine. It's OURS.

but i can't.

All I can do is sit here and watch it. Watch it change and twist from thrash to gentle. From misfit to cool. From mean to nice. From mine to THEIRS.

But I have a plan. I'm taking it back. We are. DAYMOON is taking what we want and keeping it. And you know how? The Daymoon Video. We are bringing love back into skateboarding; STREET back into skateboarding. And we want, no, we need you to be apart of it. Support this. Turn your head to publicity and come and give us skate rats a big welcoming handshake. Stay retarded. Stay street. Stay on your board.

We're Still Here

Hey guys, I know, it's been a while. But the reason it's taken so long is because we've been out filming!!! We've been having as many sessions as possible recently with the whole team together. The clips are coming along great and we've got some real bangers going down for our parts. Anyways, a few quick updates. First, I will be setting up a big cartel site on here once we get pictures of our designs and stuff so that you can place orders online. So keep an eye out for that. Second, I should be getting my new computer within the next few weeks so I'll start dropping promos literally the night that I have it set up, we have so many clips that promos will be rolling off like crazy. I'd also like to let you know that I'll be using my part in the Daymoon video as a sponsor me tape. So I ask for your support in that. Lastly, I'd just like to thank you all for being so patient. We're just kids but what we're doing is real and raw and I'm so happy each and every one of you is a part of that. There aren't many skate action photos we can release right now because most of the tricks Mason shoots will be in our parts. -Jonah P.S don't forget to share this and spread the word!
